The Service is intended to:

• Analyze data from your TikTok account (e.g., posted videos, views, likes, comments).
• Suggest content ideas, posting strategies, and optimal posting times to promote your shop.
• Use AI to generate recommendations or script outlines for videos. The Service will not automatically post on your behalf unless you explicitly grant such permission.

The Service does not guarantee any specific results with respect to sales, follower growth, or engagement. You acknowledge that outcomes depend on many factors beyond the AI analysis.

3. การเชื่อมต่อกับ TikTok และ TikTok API / TikTok Connection & API

เมื่อคุณเชื่อมต่อบัญชี TikTok กับบริการของเรา:

• คุณยินยอมให้เราขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงข้อมูลที่จำเป็น ผ่าน TikTok API ตามขอบเขต (scopes) ที่แสดงในหน้าจออนุญาตของ TikTok

When you connect your TikTok account to the Service:

• You consent to grant access to the necessary data via TikTok’s API, limited to the scopes presented in TikTok’s authorization screen.
• We will use this access solely to analyze your TikTok performance and provide promotional recommendations.
• We will not sell or transfer your TikTok access rights to any third party.

4. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้ / User Responsibilities

• You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and TikTok’s policies.
• You must not use the Service to engage in spam, fraud, or any illegal content.
• You remain fully responsible for any content you publish on TikTok, even if it was suggested by the AI.

5. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด / Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any changes to TikTok’s policies or systems that affect the operation of our Service.
